He certainly is stunning, isn’t he! Romero was invited to partipate in Asbury University's first annual Student Trainer Faceoff Competition at the end of September 2024.  They reviewed his groundwork and started him under saddle in view of an audience.  He did really well for his first several rides under saddle, and due to his confidence with the obstacles, his team won first place!
 
Romero is quickly showing us that he is capable of learning. He can be caught, leads and backs up, and can lunge. He is sound and very gaited. This guy will certainly go far with more training.  He will need to go to a trainer-type home with experience with lightly started green horses. This is the horse for you!
