2006 16.1HH Dark Bay Thoroughbred Gelding
Valor is a lovable and affectionate gelding with a heart as big as his personality. He came to us in January 2025 through animal control after a neglect case, but despite his past, this retired racehorse—formerly known on the track as Sleepless Knight—has nothing but love to give and is ready for a fresh start.
This charming guy is a classic “in-your-pocket” horse who thrives on attention and connection. He’s not shy about sharing his opinions now and then, but his sweet temperament and endearing quirks make him a joy to be around.
Valor underwent surgery earlier this year to remove a mass on his nose, and we’re happy to share that he’s made a full recovery! He’ll be starting his formal training soon, and we can’t wait to see what the next chapter brings for this deserving boy.
