Volunteer Opportunities

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the Kentucky Equine Adoption Center! As a volunteer, you are an integral part of our organization and we value your time and energy! Please download and complete the form by clicking on the button below.

Registration

Volunteers must be at least 18 years old and all volunteers will go through a short on-site orientation by one of our staff members before they begin.

Shifts are 7 days a week from either 10am – 12 noon or 2pm – 4pm. Some volunteers stay for both shifts with a break for lunch in the middle of the day. All volunteers are encouraged to volunteer 8-10 hours a month. After you have volunteered for a month, you may get the opportunity to work with the horses under the instruction and guidance of a trainer.
